Niwa Design Studio, For Online Landscape Design Ideas
Thank you for visiting Niwa Design Studio’s Blog. We post to this site to share our passion and ideas about landscape design & construction to help those who wish to work on “do it yourself” projects. We will also provide some gardening and maintenance tips.
Almost every photo on this site is from a Niwa Design Studio job, and is noted in the article if it is not, which means we have detailed knowledge and complete understanding of the project from the point of conception to the finished product. This allows us to assist in explaining and sharing the process we went through when designing, constructing and in some cases maintaining the landscape project we are using for our article. I personally grew up in the business interning at a young age at a large landscape architectural design/build company, worked in Japan, and founded my company in 1998. I have intentionally kept my company small, allowing me to have enough time to personally design every project. Although I am the designer for my company, every project takes a team approach and you should do the same. We will share ideas with you to help answer questions and will make suggestions when you might want to consider hiring local help and where to find it.
